Down By the Bay

Introduced to me by Raffi
Rise Up Singing chapter: Play, p.168

G D7 / - G / C G / - D7G
Down by the bay, where the watermelons grow
Back to my home I dare not go
For if I do, my mother will say:
*Have you ever seen a goose kissing a moose* - down by the bay!

Also: "Did you ever see a goose kissing a moose"

*Have you ever seen a whale with a polka-dot tail*
*Have you ever seen a fly wearing a tie*
*Have you ever seen a bear combing his hair*
*Have you ever seen a llama wearing pyjamas*
*Have you ever seen a llama eating its pyjamas*
*Have you ever had a time when you couldn't make a rhyme*
